The Orchard Homes are the grandest in the Mills Ranch community with more than 2,500 square feet up to nearly 2,800 square feet. These homes can have three, four or five bedrooms with flexible spaces allowing the homes to be customized with dens, lofts or bedrooms. Orchard Homes have separate formal living and dining rooms while also offering gourmet kitchens that open to a casual dining area and large family room. The kitchens boast a separate wall oven and cooktop, tile counters and oak cabinetry topped with crown molding. One plan offers a ground floor master suite. Master suites are grand and equal in appointment to the Village Homes.
